Hi, I'm Krista Pasfield. My career arc has traversed a decade and a half of ever-expanding C-level Human Resources & Operations experiences. I'm also an Adjunct Faculty member for the online MBA program at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), helping students grow into new roles as Business Leaders. In addition, I’m a freelance writer focused on creating impactful articles on important environmental issues including pollution, climate change, oceans, biodiversity, and organic home gardening. I have also been a published poet and writer of original scientific research.

In my free time, I am a volunteer for Business Mentor NY, supporting, guiding, and providing advice to entrepreneurs and others on the topics of human resources, recruiting, staffing, and personnel matters. I also enjoy photographing the natural environment and have traveled to more than 35 countries exploring local cultures, flora, fauna, and landscapes.
